Аннотация: The paper proposes analytical expressions for approximate calculation of the first two natural frequencies of bending vibrations of a curved beam, out of the plane and in the plane of its arc. Cases of hinged and fixed support are considered. For the sake of simplicity, flat circular arcs having an axisymmetric cross-section were cПоказать полностьюonsidered. To do this, an analysis of existing analytical equations for this task was carried out, on the basis of which simplified analytical formulas were obtained. The obtained analytical expression was refined and verified by performing comparative calculations using the finite element method for a curved beam with different geometric dimensions. It is shown that the obtained solution can be used to calculate the lowest frequency of vibrations of curved beams operating in a flat beam structure as a first approximation.
