Аннотация: The IR-spectra of ultrafine diamonds obtained by different researchers groups are investigated. The influence of thermal and radiation treatment on ultrafine diamonds systems properties is studied. The assumptions are made on the basis of IR-spectra analysis that concern with formation kinetics of ultrafine diamonds systems.
