Аннотация: Chemically inhomogeneous nanocrystalline films of Fe(C) alloy were grown by pulsed plasma sputtering. Their initial state featured microdiffraction patterns shaped as a diffuse halo. A sequence of structural transformations was controlled by a local carbon concentration: fcc Fe(C)
