Аннотация: Evolutionary algorithms have proved their efficiency solving many complex optimization problems. Evolutionary algorithms are metaheuristics that provide search in a space of problem solutions. In this paper, we discuss hyper-heuristic methods that provide search in a space of evolutionary metaheuristics. Hyper-heuristics are used for solving the problem of automated algorithm selection or design. It is shown that hyper-heuristics are domain-in depended. A selective hyper-heuristic with online learning is proposed. The xperimental results and comparison with some well-studied techniques are presented and discussed.
