Аннотация: The article describes the method of context-dependent annotation based on the spectral language model for solving problems of emergency monitoring based on information systems. A functional model of the emergency monitoring task in the IDEF0 notation is presented. The task of context-dependent annotation of operational reports as aПоказать полностьюbasis for generating preliminary reports is formulated. An algorithm for solving this problem is presented, taking into account the specifics of the subject area.
