Аннотация: Films of Co50Pt50 and Co50 Pt50-xPdx (x=3-10 at.%) alloys were grown and their atomic ordering processes were studied. It was shown that thin films of ordered alloys became magnetically uniaxial with the easy axis normal to their plane and could be used for thermomagnetic recording and storing information. © 2006 by Allerton Press,Показать полностьюInc.
