Аннотация: This paper is devoted to the development of reflection magneto-optical ellipsometry. We have solved the inverse problem for structures with uniaxial optical anisotropy: have determined the reflection coefficients for the ambient-sample interface, and have derived an analytic expression for magneto-optical parameter Q proportional tПоказать полностьюo the magnetization. This expression makes it possible to determine parameter Q exclusively from experimental data obtained using magneto-optical ellipsometry. We present a detailed algorithm for performing experiment on determining the dielectric tensor in the transverse geometry.
