Аннотация: Статья посвящена анализу современных направлений научных исследований, связанных с применением технологий искусственного интеллекта в менеджменте культуры и искусства. В условиях цифровизации культурные институции всё активнее интегрируют ИИ в управленческие, коммуникационные и выставочные процессы, что обуславливает необходимость Показать полностьюнаучного осмысления данных трансформаций. Цель исследования состояла в выявлении подходов к использованию искусственного интеллекта в современной практике менеджмента культуры и искусства на основе анализа степени научной разработанности вопроса интеграции ИИ в веб-ресурсы и практику деятельности российских музеев. Методологическую основу исследования составляют методы анализа, систематизации и обобщения отечественных и зарубежных научных публикаций, посвящённых цифровизации культурных институций, арт-менеджменту и внедрению ИИ-технологий. В ходе исследования рассмотрены трактовки понятия «менеджмент» и проанализированы направления применения ИИ в управлении, особое внимание уделено использованию ИИ в музейной сфере. Анализ научной литературы выявил неоднозначность оценок влияния искусственного интеллекта на сферу культуры и искусства. С одной стороны, ИИ рассматривается как эффективный вспомогательный инструмент, расширяющий управленческие возможности и повышающий доступность культурного наследия. С другой стороны, подчёркиваются риски утраты уникальности, трансформации профессиональных ролей и недостаточной правовой регламентации, что обусловливает необходимость дальнейшего прикладного изучения возможностей применения технологий ИИ в практике менеджмента в сфере культуры и искусства, в частности с позиции принципов антропоцентризма и контекстно обусловленной их интеграции в цифровую культурную среду. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern scientific research directions related to the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the management of culture and art. In the context of digitalization, cultural institutions are increasingly integrating AI into management, communication and exhibition processes, which necessitates a scientific understanding of these transformations. The purpose of the study was to identify approaches to the use of artificial intelligence in modern cultural and art management practice based on an analysis of the degree of scientific sophistication of the issue of integrating AI into the web resources and practice of Russian museums. The methodological basis of the research consists of methods of analysis, systematization and generalization of domestic and foreign scientific publications on the digitalization of cultural institutions, art management and the introduction of AI technologies. In the course of the research, the interpretations of the concept of "management" are considered and the directions of application of AI in management are analyzed, special attention is paid to the use of AI in the museum field. The analysis of scientific literature revealed the ambiguity of assessments of the impact of artificial intelligence on the sphere of culture and art. On the one hand, AI is considered as an effective auxiliary tool that expands management capabilities and increases accessibility of cultural heritage. On the other hand, the risks of loss of uniqueness, transformation of professional roles and insufficient legal regulation are emphasized, which necessitates further applied study of the possibilities of using AI technologies in the practice of management in the field of culture and art, in particular from the perspective of the principles of anthropocentrism and their contextual integration into the digital cultural environment.
