Аннотация: The subject of the research is issues related to carrying out a technological audit of enterprises that apply for inclusion in an industrial cluster. During the research, methods that can be used when carrying out a technological audit of a business entity were studied. The research revealed that these methods are not fully suitable for use at enterprises applying for inclusion in an industrial cluster. A new methodology to carry out a technological audit within an industrial cluster was offered, which gives an opportunity to make a decision whether a specific business entity can be included in a cluster association. The basis of the new methodology is using the matrices of strategic analysis. The readiness levels of different kinds of enterprises are considered and compared with the readiness levels necessary for inclusion into an industrial cluster. The methodology was examined in the timber industry complex of the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
