Аннотация: Digital transformation in the development of all fields of economic activity creates conditions for enterprises and business partners for network interaction in a remote environment. Digital interactions can be realized most fully within digital clusters that apply digital platforms that unite enterprises whose activities are driveПоказать полностьюn by overall goals in related technological cycles or raw materials supply as well as finished products. Digital clusters create new elements of cooperation that form new professional competencies. The importance of applying the advantages of the cluster approach in the accelerated industrial development of the country was noted by the President of the Russian Federation in his message to the Federal Assembly in February 2024. The digital cluster “Aluminum Cluster” (SEZ “Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley” (UC RUSAL)) was created In the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The main goal of the Digital Cluster is Creating the best conditions for increasing the competitiveness of regional companies engaged in the field of advanced aluminum processing technologies, information and communication technologies. The paper considers goals, objectives of creation, the main promising areas of cooperation and the main business partners of the future Digital Cluster, as well as the management structure of the future cluster. By way of discussion, it is noted that the presented cluster management scheme is formed taking into account traditional approaches but it does not take into account fully advantages of IT tools when forming cluster structures that make it possible attract cooperation between geographically distant cluster participants with the application of platform, cloud and other digital technologies and Internet communications. The authors state that it is necessary to create a unified digital platform in the cluster management structure. It helps share software products both for the implementation of the technological process and for the processes of supply and sales of products in a single digital space. The conclusion is drawn about the advantages and sources of competitiveness of the digital cluster including the one being created in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The main of which are reducing transaction costs and increasing the profitability of participants in the digital cluster.
