Improvement of the results of summary calculations by modeling the power of the emission of benzo[a]pyrene from autonomous heating sources

Аннотация: The concentration fields of benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) in the surface layer of the atmosphere of the city of Krasnoyarsk were calculated using methods for calculating the dispersion of emissions of harmful (polluting) substances in the air. The calculated BaP concentrations in the area of the monitoring stations were 4.9-8.9 times lower Показать полностьюthan the natural concentrations. It is shown that such a discrepancy is associated with an underestimation of BaP emissions (by 4-8 times) from autonomous heating sources (AHS). It was concluded that the calculation of BaP concentrations should be carried out taking into account the amount of coal that is burned each calendar year. © 2021 Author(s).
