Аннотация: In this article we will consider the main aspects of designing a system of step-by-step quality control of the husking machine in the shop of veneer production and its impact on improving the efficiency of production. The quality control system is a set of measures aimed at ensuring compliance of a product or service with the estabПоказать полностьюlished requirements. Stage-by-stage quality control implies division of the production and control process into several stages. This allows to control the quality of products at each stage, as well as to identify and eliminate possible problems in a timely manner. Designing a phased quality control system includes several main stages: analyzing requirements and quality standards, defining control stages and selecting control methods for each stage, developing procedures and instructions for personnel, implementing the system in the production process and evaluating its effectiveness.
