Рассмотрены порядок определения начальной (максимальной) цены контракта в закупках продукции для нужд заказчиков, 44-ФЗ; методы обоснования НМЦК: метод сопоставимых рыночных цен (анализа рынка), нормативный метод, тарифный метод, проектно-сметный метод, затратный метод, а также расчет стоимости жизненного цикла товара, объекта, созданного в результате выполнения работы. Приведена дорожная карта обоснования НМЦК. Указаны закупки, имеющие особенности обоснования НМЦК.
