Аннотация: Russia is actively investing in the creation of a modern digital infrastructure, including high-speed internet connections, digital platforms, and cloud computing. This makes internet access more widely available and provides the foundation for the development of digital services. As part of the "Digital Economy of the Russian FedeПоказать полностьюration" strategy, an electronic government (e-Government) is being established, offering citizens and businesses the opportunity to access government services online. The market for digital financial assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies, is evolving. In 2020, Russia adopted a law on digital financial assets, regulating the use of cryptocurrencies and tokens. Russia supports the development of digital entrepreneurship and the startup sector. This includes the establishment of incubators, accelerators, and financial support for innovative companies. Russia is actively implementing the concept of "Industry 4.0," which involves the integration of digital technologies into manufacturing and the management of industrial enterprises. This includes production automation, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI).
