Аннотация: This review describes the principle and applications of bioluminescent enzymatic toxicity bioassays. This type of assays uses bacterial coupled enzyme systems: NADH: FMN-oxidoreductase and luciferase to replace living organisms in developing cost-competitive biosensors for environmental, medical and industrial applications.
