Аннотация: In this work the structure and properties of deformed semi-finished products from an alloy of the Al-Mg system, economically alloyed with scandium, were studied. For conducting experimental studies during sheet rolling, the DUO 330 laboratory mill with a roll barrel length of 520 mm was used. An alloy of aluminum with magnesium allПоказать полностьюoyed with scandium and zirconium was chosen as an experimental one. For hot and cold rolling of ingots with a thickness of 28 and 60 mm, the deformation modes developed earlier were used, and a research methodology was compiled. It consisted of the following stages: preparation of ingots from the experimental alloy for rolling, including milling of faces of flat ingots and their homogenization; hot rolling of strips to a thickness of 10 mm; cold rolling of strips to a thickness of 1 and 3 mm, as well as plates to a thickness of 31.5 mm; annealing of cold-formed semi-finished products; assessment of the structure and properties of cast, deformed and annealed semi-finished products at all stages of research. The study of the structure and properties of the obtained semi-finished products showed that when implementing the developed technological regimes during rolling and heat treatment, it is possible to obtain the required level of plastic and strength characteristics comparable to the level of properties of industrial alloy 01570.
