Аннотация: An aluminum reduction cell is a complex inorganic dissipative structure. These structures are specified by cooperative behavior of subsystems (metal-bath-anode), sensitivity to boundary conditions and numerous steady states. The design challenge is to calculate the cell to obtain parameters providing for maximum profit during longtПоказать полностьюime operation. Obviously this design should take into account local heat sources and sinks. This article presents the authors' approach to calculate the temperature and electric fields with account of clectrochemical and other processes for a cell with pre-baked anodes.
