Аннотация: The priority direction of the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is the health care of its population. The life expectancy of the peoples of the Arctic has been reduced due to extreme environmental conditions and exposure to organic pollutants. Studies show that the most common diseases in this region are alleПоказать полностьюrgies and bronchopulmonary diseases, and oncological diseases. Cells of the immune system, including interleukin IL-33, play an important role in the development of inflammatory diseases and oncology. The polymorphism of rs7044343 IL33 leads to different levels of protein production, which, in turn, affects the course of inflammatory processes and carcinogenesis processes. A study of the distribution of genotypes of the rs7044343 polymorphism of the IL33 gene in Nenets and Dolgan-Nganasan showed the predominance of the CC genotype associated with an increased concentration of protein in the blood, which may contribute to the faster development of inflammatory processes.
