Аннотация: Представлены содержание и проблемы компьютерных измерений со спектрально-весовой обработкой сигналов и способы их решения на примерах выполненных конкретных разработок измерительных средств. This paper considers the maintenance of workings out and researches in the field of computer measurements and the spectrally-weighted methods Показать полностьюused by them spent in the SFU. They include the general problems of measurement of frequency, amplitude and an initial phase of signals irrespectively their source and measurement of parameters of the signals which are responses of objects and physical mediums on set test influences. On their measured values parameters and characteristics of investigated objects and mediums are defined. Thus divide cases when parameters of test influence and first of all its frequency are known precisely or approximately or are not known, but can be measured. As the examples reflecting these cases, are described developed on the basis of computer measuring technologies: measuring instrument peak-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of analogue devices for systems of the automated laboratory practical works, including with remote network access; research measuring instrument of parameters of harmonic and polyharmonic signals; specialized measuring instrument of effective resistance of medium for dipole electromagnetic (inductive) profiling system. The basic problems of working out of the given measuring means and their decision by means of spectrally-weighted methods of measurement are short stated. Technical characteristics of workings out and appearance of front panels (3 drawings) are resulted.
