Аннотация: A new method [1] for man-made control on the high energetic charged particles of radiation belts of the Earth are discussed. The use of the long conductive string with high potential relative the space provide the possibilities for a series of active experiments in the magnetosphere of the Earth. This space system can be used as a Показать полностьюtool for studying the processes in natural radiation belts of the Earth. Ar the same time the series ecological problems of the space environment can be solved: precipitation of charged particles from the man-made radiation belt's, ozone layer depletion problem etc.
