Аннотация: Рассмотрена гибридная контрольно-проверочная аппаратура (ГКПА), сочетающая в себе преимущества ручной и автоматической контрольно-проверочной аппаратуры (КПА). Установлено, что разработанная ГКПА обладает высокой степенью универсальности и автоматизации процесса испытаний. In the paper the impact of expanding the functionality of hПоказать полностьюigh-tech equipment on the production costs is examined. Disadvantages of traditional methods of testing based on the use of various measuring devices in manual mode, which lead to increase the probability of operator errors and to miss products that are not correspond to the specifications, are described. Various ways to solve problems, arising from the use of manual test equipment (hereinafter TE), are considered. E.g., the way to reduce the time and financial costs of high-tech testing equipment using automatic test equipment (ATE) is given. The problem of testing the various control objects (CO) using one ATE, which has limited functionality, is described. The necessity to design universal ATE, allowing to test CO of various configuration, is also shown. The ways to solve these problems are considered. In particular, such ways as the promotion of the ATE universality and the increasing automation of the testing process are described. Block diagram of the designed hybrid test equipment (HTE) is shown, along with is features, which allow to combine the advantages of both manual and automatic TE. The way to achieve the universality of the developed HTE is offered. The principal advantages of the developed HTE are given.
