Аннотация: Nickel oxide nanoparticles are prepared by condensation from vacuum arc discharge plasma followed by deposition on the substrate at different temperatures (300–700 K). The samples are characterized using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy techniques. The existence of the stoichiometric NiO phase is confirmed. ThПоказать полностьюe size of crystallites in the phase increases with the increase in substrate temperature. Electrophysical properties are investigated by measuring the conductivity of direct and alternating current and estimating the dielectric properties as a function of temperature. The frequency and temperature relationships of dielectric constant and AC conductivity demonstrate behavior typical of dielectrics having dominant charge carriers.
