Аннотация: NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) is proposed as an area-dependent climatic variable, which reflects climatically significant events and processes. NDVI time series have been analyzed in conjunction with meaningful synoptic parameters that influence the behavior of plants in different plant communities of Eastern Siberia (tundra, taiga, and steppe).
