Аннотация: 1. The investigation described has established that there is no significant difference in properties between strip rolled from a mixture of spheroidal granules and from individual fractions of such granules. It follows, therefore, that the screening of granules into fractions before rolling can be dispensed with. 2. The properties Показать полностьюof strip rolled from granules under optimum conditions are similar to those of strip produced by rolling bulk metal with an overall reduction of 30-40%. 3. Strip from equiaxed granules exhibits, both in the work-hardened condition and after annealing, only little anisotropy of properties, whereas strip from the spindle-shaped granules produced by centrifuging with air cooling is characterized by very pronounced anisotropy.
