Аннотация: В статье представлены результаты теоретических исследований в области математического моделирования кооперативной работы роботов-манипуляторов, реализующих технологические процессы сборки изделий машиностроения. The article presents the results of theoretical research in the field of mathematical modeling of the cooperative work ofПоказать полностьюrobotic manipulators that implement technological processes for assembling mechanical engineering products. The proposed approach allows for modeling taking into account possible geometric connections between the actuators of manipulators, and is demonstrated using the example of cooperative movement of a rigid body. The proposed approach is based on a method of linear interpolation of the movement of working tools of manipulators, which makes it possible to solve the problem of inverse kinematics for each robot manipulator, and a method of conditional optimization, the objective functions for which determine the residuals of the positioning and orientation of the executive bodies. During the simulation, the proximity of the manipulator links is monitored in order to prevent their collision.
