This did not contribute to a breakthrough in the development of agriculture due to the destruction of established principles and relationships. Particular attention should be paid to the problem of infrastructure development in rural areas, economic entities engaged in the processing and sale of agricultural raw materials and products, local crafts and rural tourism, services.</jats:p>
