Аннотация: We propose a single resonance coupled-mode approach to light scattering by dielectric solids of revolution. By using a biorthogonal decomposition of the $S$ matrix found with the extended boundary condition method we derived all parameters required for application of the temporal coupled-mode theory in a closed form. The proposed aПоказать полностьюpproach allows for constructing a frequency-dependent Fano response due to a single resonance after the full-wave solution has been found at a single incident frequency.
