Аннотация: The impact of magnetic nanoparticles associated with amoxiclav on immune status of patients after rhinosurgery. 66 patients were included to the study, 32 of them received topical therapy with magnetic nanoparticles associated with amoxiclav. Results: in base group the level of T-cell (CD3) was higher than in control group (50,0 ± Показать полностью5,5%; vs 40,5 ± 5,0%), NK-cell was lower (18,6 ± 2,8%, vs 23,4 ± 6,1%). The concentration of IL-1? in nasal secret in base group was 4 times lower (25,0 ± 4,5 пг/мг) in comparison with control group (101,0 ± 15,0 пг/ мг). The authors concluded that directed transfer of antibiotic associated with magnetic nanoparticles at nasal cavity impacted on traumatic infl ammation process increasingly than magnetic fi eld. It can improve recovery after rhinosurgery and help normalize immune parameters.
