Аннотация: Перевозка пассажиров является одним из ключевых элементов транспортного обслуживания и развития городов. Обновление подвижного состава, оптимальные маршруты, адекватные цены на услуги делают городской пассажирский транспорт более привлекательным и востребованным. Общественный транспорт должен идти в ногу со временем и быть привлекаПоказать полностьютельным для всех слоев населения. Для малого города общественный транспорт является приоритетным. Для города Кызыла проблема общественного транспорта имеет особую актуальность, так как в некоторых жилых массивах до сих пор отсутствуют школы, детские сады и другие учреждения быта. Для полного удовлетворения спроса пассажиров необходимо дополнительно финансировать перевозчиков для повышения качества их услуг. Passenger transportation is one of the key elements of transport services and urban development. Updating the rolling stock, optimal routes, adequate prices for services make urban passenger transport attractive and in demand. Public transport must keep up to date and be attractive to all segments of the population. For a small city, public transport is a priority. For the city of Kyzyl, the problem of public transport is of particular relevance, as in some residential areas there are still no schools, kindergartens and other institutions of everyday life. To fully satisfy the demand of passengers, it is necessary to additionally finance carriers to improve the quality of their services. The aim of the study is to solve the problem of calculating the required amount of funding for a municipal order for bus transportation. Calculate the required amount of financial investments depending on the actual mileage of the rolling stock, taking into account the category of routes, number and brand of buses. The objectives of the study. To determine the necessary funding for the municipal order for bus transportation, the development of a system of economic standards for the operation of vehicles per 10 km of mileage for rolling stock brands. Research Methods. Given the characteristics of the routes, the existing rolling stock fleet, calculate the need for financial investments from the city of Kyzyl. Regulatory costs on routes may vary depending on the length, existing passenger flow, changes in passenger flow versus time of day. The Republic of Tuva is located in the southern part of the Siberian District, but has a sharply continental climate, which, when calculated, will affect the standard values of operating costs.
