Аннотация: The essential oils obtained by water and steam distillation of stem, leaves and inflorescences of Pastinaca silvestris were analyzed by Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. Seventeen components comprising 97,6 % of the seed oil, twenty-seven components comprising 97,0 % of the leaf oil and twentynine componeПоказать полностьюnts comprising 93,8 % of the inflorescences oil were identified. The major components in the seed were phytol (48,7 %), (E)-?-farnesene (12,1 %) and trans -muurola-3,5-dien (10,8 %). The leaf oil contained (E)?-farnesene (17,8 %), (E)-caryophyllene (16,0 %) and cis -?-ocimene (10,7 %) as the major components, while the inflorescences oil had octanol acetate (17.8 %), cis -?-ocimene (16,0 %) and (E)-?-farnesene (11,3 %) as the major components. The essential oil of P.silvestris obtained from seeds did not exhibit any activity against tested bacteria. The greatest antimicrobial activity of inflorescences essential oil of P.silvestris is noted in the relation to Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus. Essential oil of inflorescences oil of P.silvestris contains growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
