For the Arctic zone, the possibility of using a constellation of low-orbit satellite communication systems is being considered for transmitting data on the position of an aircraft to a control tower located on the ground. In this case, data transmission is possible both using GSM communication through ground stations, and using inter-satellite communication lines.</jats:p>
