Аннотация: The results of a systematic numerical study of the two-component flow in a micromixer with a textured wall at various Reynolds numbers were presented in the paper. The effect of the distance between the micropillars or micropillars step on the hydrodynamics characteristics of the microchannel, namely, pressure drop and effective slПоказать полностьюip length was investigated. To simulate the twо-compоnent flows and the surface tension between these components the Volume of Fluid method and the continuum surface force algorithm were used. To obtain a solution without using the highly detailing computational meshes it was used the technology of the gradient adaptation of the computational grid. It was found that the dependencies of the pressure drop on the micropillars step are almost linear and increase with an increase in the Reynolds number. The dependencies of the effective slip length on the Reynolds number and the distance between the micropillars were established, and it was found that the average effective slip length at Re = 1 was equal to 100 nm or 5% of the microchannel height
