Аннотация: Vibrations in the infra- and low frequency range rise sharply in speed-up from regular rail traffic of 70-100 km/h to high one around of 250-350 km/h. Respectively, the acceleration limits are exceeded just in the range that is the most harmful and dangerous for human environment. In view of the problem, the solution is seemed in dПоказать полностьюevelopment of a multi-stage railroad vibration isolating system with "negative" stiffness including the track pad, car truck and enginemen seat. The paper presents a complex of methods for design of such the system. The positive experience is demonstrated in designing and practical use the systems for seats and car trucks. Probable first, a concept of the system with "negative" stiffness is discussed with reference to the track pad. ©2010 IEEE.
