Аннотация: One mechanism for the development of drug resistance in tumor cells is a reversible transition to?the resting phase (G0 ) of the cell cycle. In the experiment, the cytostatic drug dacarbazine was used, which was exposed to melanoma cells of the B16 line, to study the distribution of cells in the phases of the cell cycle and the abiПоказать полностьюlity to move into the G0 phase using immunocytochemistry and flow-cytometry methods using cell staining to detect the Ki-67 protein. It has been shown that, when exposed to dacarbazine on B16 mela-noma cells, the pool of G0-positive cells increases, and there is also a decrease in the proportion of cells in phases G 1 and G 2 of the cell cycle.
