Аннотация: The antioxidant properties of selenium nanoparticles coated with arabinogalactan have been studied. The nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. Arabinogalactan-coated selenium nanoparticles were incubated together with Ehrlich ascitic carcinoma cells and then exposed to microwПоказать полностьюave radiation. The antioxidant properties of selenium nanoparticles were evaluated using chemiluminescent analysis. The viability of Ehrlich ascitic carcinoma cells under microwave irradiation and incubation with selenium nanoparticles was assessed by flow cytometry. Under conditions of exposure to experimental tumor cells of microwave radiation, the concentration of free radicals in the cells did not change. The effect of arabinogalactan-coated selenium nanoparticles on tumor cells is expressed as an increase in the delay time for the activation of the antioxidant system
