Аннотация: In this paper, the experimental results of investigations of magnetic resonance, magnetization, and photoinduced properties are represented in Fe/Si/Fe trilayer films. The shift of the resonance field and the character of the interlayer interaction are investigated as functions of the temperature, illumination, and thickness of theПоказать полностьюsilicon interlayer. It was found that at low temperatures the magnetization depends on the thermomagnetic state of system. The possible mechanisms of interaction between iron layers are discussed.
