Аннотация: In this study, the authors develop an automated system to control the process of electron-beam welding, in which the possibility of planning the technological process in the form of indication of a set of controlled and recorded parameters, as well as target values and tolerable ranges for them. Today, when welding products with a Показать полностьюhighly concentrated energy source, defects occur in the weld seam area, which leads to a large number of defects. The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of the process of electron-beam welding of thin-walled structures due to the development and program implementation of a set of methods of automated planning and control of the technological process, as well as the statistical and intellectual processing of data obtained during the technological process. The program is developed for the installation of electron-beam welding, which is designed for the implementation of the technological process of electron-beam welding.
