Аннотация: The application of continuous compaction using a Conform setup to process the chips of aluminum alloys with their feed immediately into a setup container is studied. Chips of AD1 alloy are used. They are washed before the compaction for surface cleaning in a soap-soda solution at a temperature of 80-90A degrees C for 8-10 min underПоказать полностьюintense agitation and then dried using fans. Round bars are compacted using dies 4, 5, 6, and 8 mm in diameter, which provided elongation ratios of 25.8, 16.5, 11.5, and 6.4 after compaction, respectively. It is shown that the Konform technique makes it possible to produce compact half-finished products by intermediate compacting the chips of aluminum alloys. The mechanical properties of hot-pressed halffinished products allow us to recommend them to be used as unimportant wares.
