Аннотация: The behavior of copper-based secondary phases has been investigated, in single-crystal germanium in the presence of a direct electric current. It is shown that in the temperature interval 700 to 850Р’В°C the inclusions are displaced by the current in the direction of the negative electrode. At constant current density, the displaceПоказать полностьюment velocity is determined by the crystallographic orientation of the specimens and the temperature of the experiment.
