Аннотация: An intensive electrocaloric effect in the uniaxial ferroelectric NH4HSO4 near the second-order phase transition (T-1 approximate to 271 K) is studied. A high electrical conductivity of the NH4HSO4 crystal is revealed, and its temperature dependence is investigated.
