Аннотация: The article presents the results of research on the typification of innovations according to various classification criteria, which can serve as a basis for identifying the most significant innovations for higher education institutions. The constructed and justified system of consumer segmentation signs in accordance with ideal ideПоказать полностьюas about the parameters of educational services by consumer classes is the basis for a clear distribution of services types according to the degree of belonging to consumer classes, determined using the fuzzy logic apparatus. The proposed criterion for choosing innovations helps to adequately assess the demand by consumers for the directions and profiles of the university. The proposed methodology of innovation planning at the university helps to consider the factors uncertainty of the external and internal environment. The proposed methodology helps to reduce the influence uncertainty of external and internal environment factors when making managerial decisions by the university management. The developed methodology for forecasting the choice of innovations, considering the segmentation of consumers, can be the basis for planning innovations in educational institutions.
