Аннотация: This paper presents the developed design of a rotor module of the turbine of a hydraulic drive, the distinctive feature of which is a helical relief on the internal surface of the rotor, which enables reduction of hydraulic resistance arising from the high degree of overlap of the free flow area. 3D models of the developed and bladПоказать полностьюed designs were constructed by CFD-modeling. Torque-RPM characteristics were obtained for both designs. Dependence of hydraulic resistance coefficient on rotation speed is shown graphically. The research results indicate that use of helical rotor module of turbine reduces hydraulic resistance coefficient (in comparison with the bladed design). At volume flow rate of 60.48 m3 /hand 250 rpm rotation speed the developed design reduces hydraulic resistance coefficient considerably (0.7 for rotor module against 1.9 for bladed design).
