Аннотация: Исследуются вопросы выбора компании для реализации проектов концессии и государственно-частного партнерства, обладающей наибольшим потенциалом для его реализации. Сформированы поэтапные рекомендации по принятию стратегических решений в области выбора компаний-инвесторов для проектов государственно-частного партнерства с учетом процПоказать полностьюессов цифровой трансформации экономики. Обоснованная оценка и управление эффективностью проектов концессии и государственно-частного партнерства позволит определить круг потенциальных частных инвесторов с учетом возможности обеспечения требуемого уровня социально-экономической эффективности. The issues of choosing a company for the implementation of concession and public-private partnership projects, which has the greatest potential for its implementation, are being investigated. The effectiveness of joint projects was assessed at all stages of their life cycle, taking into account the achievement of a balance of interests of the parties (authorities, business structures, consumers), the impact of the results of these projects on the economy of the region as a whole. Step-by-step recommendations have been formulated for making strategic decisions in the field of implementing public-private partnership projects in the process of digital transformation of the economy. A reasonable assessment and management of the effectiveness of concession and public-private partnership projects will make it possible to determine the circle of potential private investors interested in the implementation of such a project, taking into account the possibility of ensuring the required level of socio-economic efficiency.
