Аннотация: В статье проводится анализ бизнес-моделей крупнейших строительных компаний. Жилищное строительство начало возрождаться и развиваться на рынке постепенно, начиная с двух столиц и медленно распространяясь на крупные областные центры. Возводя здание, компании рассчитывают на то, что затраты на проектирование и проект окупятся на этапеПоказать полностьюстроительства. Но так бывает не всегда: сделать уникальное здание по оригинальному проекту дешево не получится. Поэтому такие компании предпочитают строить жилье бизнес-класса, которое легче продать. Застройщики полного цикла, как правило, сами не занимаются строительством, но серьезно подходят к выбору подрядчика и держат все этапы строительства под строгим контролем. The article analyzes the business models of the largest construction companies. Housing construction began to revive and develop in the market gradually, starting from the two capitals and slowly spreading to large regional centers. When erecting a building, companies rely on the fact that the design and project costs will pay off during the construction phase. But this is not always the case: to make a unique building according to the original project will not work cheaply. Therefore, such companies prefer to build business-class housing, which is easier to sell. Full-cycle developers, as a rule, are not engaged in construction themselves, but they take the choice of a contractor seriously and keep all stages of construction under strict control.
