Аннотация: Intensive industrial development in the forest zone of Central Siberia affects all component of ecosystems, including soils. Technogenic landscapes (dumps and quarries) need to be investigated for evaluating long-term recovery of natural ecosystem characteristics. Remote sensing data could be used to analyze stage of vegetation recПоказать полностьюovery and soil thermal regime stabling. Thermal anomalies are features of technogenic plots with disturbed vegetation and organic layers of the soil. Excessive heating of the soil and increase in the active layer of the soil are observed under conditions of upper heat-insulating organic horizon loss. This issue is significant for the zone of the resource-extracting complex of Siberia and, especially, for ecosystems of Arctic. We used long-term chrono-series of satellite data to monitoring surface temperature anomalies in two variants of disturbed plots: reclaimed overburden dumps of the Borodino Coal Mine (BCM) for 1975-2018, and non-reclaimed dumps of the Olimpiada Mining and Processing Plant (OMP) for 2000, 2011, 2019. In disturbed ecosystems, the morphological and physical properties of the upper soil horizons are not restored to the background level for a long time. Thermal regimes remain significantly anomalous for up to 60-80 years. Even after the time of stabilization (Tstab > 60 years), the level of relative anomaly overestimated at least by 15-20% in relation to the background values. Probably, we can talk about “neo-technogenic ecosystems” forming, which characterized with special thermal regimes of soils that differ from the background ones both for reclamated (BCM) and non-reclamated (OMP) plots. The main reason for such changes is a significant mechanical effect on the soil and/or complete destruction of its structure. Thus, monitoring of surface thermal anomalies can be used as a diagnostic criterion of post-technogenic ecosystems state in context of territories development after technogenic impacts.
