Аннотация: The article discusses the problem of modelling the heating process of the aerospace product during electron beam welding using a modern multi-physical modelling system COMSOL Multiphysics. As mathematical models that implement the analytical component of the simulation process, a mathematical model of energy distribution proposed bПоказать полностьюy the authors was used in the process of electron beam welding. Within the framework of this article, the behaviour of the model in the heating of a thin-walled structure of four different alloys is studied: titanium alloy (VT14), aluminum alloy (AMg6), brass (L63) and stainless steel (12X18H10T in Russian and 321H in USA) which are widely used in the aerospace production.
