The constant growth of demand for natural energy carriers contributes to the introduction of new technologies and the intensification of the processes of preparing hydrocarbon raw materials for the consumer. The technology being developed for complex preparation associated petroleum gas is based on isoentalpine expansion and supersonic separation of gas in blocks of direct-flow cyclones with a separation chamber of variable section (D-FCVS). The D-FCVS apparatus is a vortex ramjet supersonic separator consisting of a subsonic intermediate condensate extraction chamber and a supersonic main condensate extraction chamber with a narrowing device of critical cross-section. The D-FCVS apparatus will be used for complex gas purification from mechanical impurities, acidic compounds (C02, H2S), water, gas condensate, light hydrocarbons (C3+, C5+), and other components by cooling the associated gas in a supersonic swirling gas flow. To calculate the efficiency of straight-line cyclones, a mathematical model was created in the ANSYS Fluent program, which describes the process of separation and condensation of hydrocarbon gases.
