Аннотация: The software implementation of the introduction of derived time series from the series of growths of annual rings of woody plants is described. The method of standardization of tree rings (Bunn, 2010) and empirical mode decomposition (Donghoh and Hee-Seok, 2018) allows the formation of derived time series. Using elementary statistiПоказать полностьюcs and derived time series, growth variables are generated to compute logistic regression models for tree mortality. The formation of growth variables is implemented in the R software environment using the dplR and EMD libraries.
