Аннотация: The advantages of wood bushings include lower cost, good frictional properties, and high load capacity. However, wood as a material significantly complicates the calculation of sleeve-bearing pressure and limits their field of application in machines and mechanisms. One of the main problems is the need to take into account many parПоказать полностьюameters such as temperature, anisotropy of wood properties, and variable density of the selected material. The purpose of this paper is to derive the resolution equation for contact pressure in a sleeve bearing taking into account the interaction of the above-mentioned parameters, which allows ensuring the required operating conditions of bearings with a bushing made of pressed wood. To solve the problem, the equations of elasticity theory in axisymmetric production were widely used. As a result, a resolution equation is obtained to calculate the contact pressure in the bearings taking into account the effect of temperature, anisotropy, and variable density of the wooden material for the bushing. The resolution equation will ensure the required operating conditions of the sliding bearings and provides the basis for further development of their endurance calculation methods. According to the obtained resolution equation, an example of calculation of contact pressure is considered, which showed the operability of the proposed calculation procedure.
