Аннотация: The article is devoted to the problems of the development of Russian higher education according to the model of University 3.0. A comparison of the development models of leading Russian and foreign universities is given. Russian project initiatives aimed at the development of civil society are considered as priority areas to ensureПоказать полностьюthe implementation of the third mission by Russian education aimed at creating a highly intellectual environment motivated by social changes. The authors presented one example of social constructions, the creation of which makes it possible in Russian conditions to build elements of the University 3.0. These are the project initiatives of the Presidential Grants Fund for the Development of Civil Society. It should be noted that the fund has been the single operator of grants by the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society since April 3, 2017. It is shown that the social structure presented in the framework of the project initiative forms a separate element of the infrastructure at the stage of the establishment of University 3.0 for involving schoolchildren and students in initial productive activities. These schoolchildren and students, being participants in this activity, become individuals with identified specialized creativity, scientific research skills that can become carriers of complex high-level competencies. The type of such projects includes the creation of a mini-museum of inventions in the House of Science and Technology.
